Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our reports are personalised digital products prepared from your details and made available right after payment. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled once the report has been delivered.

• You were charged but did not receive your report
• You were charged more than once for the same order
• A technical error on our side prevented delivery

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment at support@astroguru.store or on WhatsApp +919999175609, with your payment ID.

If your report contains an error caused by us, we will correct and resend it free of charge.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Bank processing times may vary.
